I always wanted to get the Erin Condren Address Book. When I placed my last order with EC a few months ago, the address books were not available. I think they were being re-designed. Fortunately, they were available again this month when I ordered my EC planner. I am very happy with the way the address book looks and excited to use it. Here is a quick review with lots of pictures. If you like address book and would like to order your own, you can use my referral link to receive $10 off your first Erin Condren order. I will also receive a $10 credit to my EC account.
When you open your address book you’ll see a place to write down some quick notes or contact information that you can later transfer over to the other pages. Since it is laminated, dry-erase or wet-erase markers are preferred. Anything written down can be wiped clean, to make room for new notes.
The address books starts of with a perpetual calendar. There is one page for each month of the year. I will be writing down birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.
The address pages
There are 26 tabs for each letter of the alphabet on the side of the book. Each letter (yes, even q and x) has a cover pages with a quote on the other side. It feels good to actually have a real address book again. I don’t know how may years it has been since I had a physical address book. All my contacts are stored on my phone and backed up online. It is pretty save but what if my phone dies and I can’t access the internet?
Each page has room for 6 addresses. There is space to write down the name, address, phone number, email and birthday. The amount of address pages varies by letters. Letter A has 4 two-sided pages which will hold about 48 address while letter X only has 1 two-sided pages which holds 12 addresses. I will write down some addresses with my gel pens and others with just a pencil, since contact information can change.
The back of the address book has a few note pages. I am not sure yet what I’ll be using them for. Maybe some pictures of family & friends would be great.
The last page is for important numbers. It is great to keep it all together in one spot. I will probably make a copy of it once I have most of the number filled in and hang it somewhere in the kitchen so other’s can see it too.
There is a little pouch at the end of the address book. A great place to keep postcards, stamps, loose paper etc… Overall, I really like how colorful the address book is.
I am not sure yet if I will be decorating the address book with washi tape and stickers, or just write down the address. I’ll keep you updated and post it here if I do anything exciting 🙂
