My new Erin Condren Monthly Planner arrived today and I can’t wait to set it up and start using it. I will use this planner solely as a budget book where I will enter my income and my expenses for each month and record important financial information. There will be a separate post on how I will set it up, so please check back soon.

In this post I will show you some of the different pages in this planner. If you are interested in purchasing this planner and haven’t ordered from Erin Condren before, you can use my referral link to receive $10 off your first order and I will receive a $10 credit on my account as well.

Monthly Planner Overview

The monthly planner comes in two different style. A regular monthly planner and a deluxe monthly planner. The regular monthly planner is perfect bound size 7 x 9 inches in a neutral theme. The deluxe version of the planner gives you have few more options. I can be ordered size 7 x 9  or 8.5 x 11 with a neutral or colorful interior theme. The coil binding makes it easier to turn the pages and allows for extra bulk when adding stickers to the planner.  I am using the regular monthly planner which you can see on the picture below

The first few pages will give you an overview of the whole year which makes planning out the year a lot easier. These pages also leave a lot of space for any notes.

EC Monthly Second Page

Next you will see a page that lists all the Holidays for 2017, it’s great to have it all together on one page. There is also another overview for the year which allows you to write down whatever you prefer. Depending on what you will use your monthly planner for, this could be Birthdays, Goals, Bills, Vacation etc….

Monthly Overview Pages

Now on to the monthly overview pages! There will be a page like this for each month. I am really liking the monthly pages more and more. My current planner has monthly and weekly pages but I find myself looking at the monthly overview pages more often. A lot of appointments and events come up a few weeks ahead and you are able to see right away what else is going on that day. I will be using this monthly planner as a budget book so I will be writing down expenses/ bills and paydays here.

Note pages

The planner gives you plenty of note pages to keep track of important events, your goals, recipes or whatever you feel like. Since I will be using mine as a budget book,

I am planning on writing a budget for each month, a spending log, account overview, debt payoff tracker etc….

I hope you liked my little review and let me know in the comments if you have any questions. Keep an eye out for my post about how I set up my monthly planner as a budget book. It will probably go up in the next few days.
