My Happy Planner Fitness Planner Setup

I have been tracking my fitness & health stats in my Erin Condren Planner. The stats included steps, resting heart rate, water intake and hours of sleep. Since this planner is also used for appointments and events, my to-do lists, work hours and so on, there is really not much room for anything else.

This week our local Michael’s craft store and the MAMBI Fitness Planner kit for 40% off plus a free cover. This was a great deal which I had to take advantage of. I will be able to write down my workouts, meals for the day, calories, weight, body measurements etc.
